HomeFront serves nearly 150 communities in the Connecticut counties of Fairfield, Hartford, Litchfield, and New Haven and the New York county of Westchester. HomeFront’s ability to address the needs of residents living in any community within these counties is dependent on the participation of volunteer teams, which changes from year to year.
